在国民经济信息化的宏大事业中,人才培养是一个不可忽视的重要问题。回顾十几年来的信息化进程,我们深切地感受到这一问题的紧迫性。与网络建设、硬软件开发等方面相比较,应当说在人才方面的关注与投入是很不够的,以至在相当程度上,人才问题已成为信息化的最大制约因素。一、信息化人才培养的紧迫性我国社会与经济的信息化进程是与改革开放同步进行的。十几年来,信息技术在我国城乡各行各业得到了空前的普及,不论是技术人员的数量还是技术水平都已经有了很大的进步,就技术和环境(包括通信)而言,与技术先进国家的差距已经大大缩短了。比如世界硬件软件的最新技术,过几个月就出现在中国的市场上,至于技术信息的传人,更是迅速几乎达到同步了。
