本文主要探讨了在高职教育中构建面向岗位和岗位工作流程的实践课程体系,提出在校内仿真企业教学环境中项目驱动的核心模式下,以岗位职业角色的工作流程和能力需求为出发点,设计实践训练课程。学生通过在其中扮演具体的职业角色进行实践,以全面提升专业技术应用能力和个人职业素质,达到学生“毕业即上岗”和为企业塑造各类实用、创新型人才的目的。
This paper mainly discusses the construction of a practical curriculum system for post and post workflow in higher vocational education.
