目的:为探讨稳心颗粒与心室复极离散度(QTd)的关系。方法:对稳心颗粒治疗患者46例用药前、后和非稳心颗粒治疗患者46例的心室复极各参数进行分析。结果 (:1)稳心颗粒治疗组用药前后QTd、QTcd、QTLcd组内比较,用药后QT间期离散度减少,有差异(P<0.01)(;2)稳心颗粒组治疗后QTd、QTcd、QTLcd与非稳心颗粒治疗组QTd、QTcd、QTLcd组间比较,用稳心颗粒后QT间期离散度减少,有显著差异(P<0.05)(;3)非稳心颗粒治疗组治疗前后的QTd、QTcd、QTLcd比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗后能改善心室复极离散度。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Wenxin granules and ventricular repolarization dispersion (QTd). Methods: The parameters of ventricular repolarization in 46 patients who were treated with Wenxin Granules before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: (1) The QTd, QTcd and QTLcd groups before and after treatment in Wenshen Granule group were significantly lower than those in QTd group (P <0.01) QTD, QTcd and QTLcd groups were significantly lower than those of QTLcd group (P <0.05) (P <0.05) (P <0.05) QTd, QTcd, QTLcd no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Wenxin granules can improve ventricular repolarization dispersion.
