研究了SO2在中空纤维含浸液膜渗透器中,不同的操作模式对渗透行为的影响。考察了采用纯水和柠檬酸钠溶液为膜液、不同的操作条件对SO2渗透和脱除效率的影响及液膜渗透器的稳定性。结果表明:在液膜渗透器中,逆流操作优于并流;较低的进气速率有利于烟气脱除率的提高。
The effect of different operating modes on the osmotic behavior of SO2 in hollow fiber impregnated liquid membrane permeameters was investigated. The effects of using pure water and sodium citrate solution as membrane fluid on the SO2 permeation and removal efficiency and the stability of liquid membrane permeator under different operating conditions were investigated. The results show that in the liquid membrane permeator, the countercurrent operation is better than the cocurrent operation. The lower inlet rate is favorable for the increase of the flue gas removal rate.
