临床上常用阿托品试验鉴别心动过缓的性质,及治疗某些缓慢心律失常,但对其在心脏方面引起的副作用,很少引起注意。我们最近观察了5例,均经心电图证实,其中男4例,女1例,年龄12～54岁。5例中发生短暂心律失常者4例,心肌缺血3例,室内传导阻滞1例,房颤2例;1例Ⅱ度Ⅱ型房 Atropine is commonly used clinically to identify the nature of bradycardia and to treat some of the slow-onset arrhythmias, but its side-effects in the heart are seldom aroused. We recently observed in 5 cases, confirmed by ECG, of which 4 males and 1 female, aged 12 to 54 years. 4 cases of transient arrhythmia in 5 cases, 3 cases of myocardial ischemia, 1 case of indoor conduction block, 2 cases of atrial fibrillation; 1 case of Ⅱ degree Ⅱ type of room
