本文介绍了四硼酸钾熔融,样品与熔剂比为1:5,熔成均匀、光洁的玻璃饼,用X射线荧光光谱测定主量和微量元素。微量元素有Cr,Ni,Co,V,Rb,Sr,Er,Ba,Sc,Y,La,Ce,Pb,Zn,Ga,Th和Nb。这些微量元素可灵敏地反应岩浆岩的形成过程,准确地测量这些元素是很有意义的。本文详细地介绍了X-射线荧光光谱测量这些元素所采用的背景扣除,谱线重迭校正,基体校正以及测量参数。列出了分析的结果并对此方法进行讨论。
In this paper, potassium tetraborate was melted, the sample and flux ratio was 1: 5, melted into a uniform and smooth glass cake, and the main and trace elements were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Trace elements are Cr, Ni, Co, V, Rb, Sr, Er, Ba, Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pb, Zn, Ga, Th and Nb. These trace elements can sensitively reflect the formation of magmatic rocks, and it is significant to accurately measure these elements. This article describes in detail the background subtraction, line overlap correction, matrix correction, and measurement parameters used to measure these elements by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The results of the analysis are listed and discussed.
