目的:探讨索他洛尔在房室旁道射频消融(RFCA)术中的应用。方法:对18例旁道患者在常规电生理检查后顿服索他洛尔160 m g,分别重复测量各项电生理参数。结果:3例房颤服药后不再诱发,2例服药后自行终止于房室结前传,18例患者均消融成功。结论:索他洛尔能够预防或抑制RFCA术中导管和电刺激诱发的房颤。
Objective: To investigate the application of sotalol in radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA). Methods: Eighteen patients underwent routine electrophysiological examinations on sotalol 160 m g, and the electrophysiological parameters were measured repeatedly. Results: Atrial fibrillation was no longer induced in 3 patients after atrial fibrillation, 2 patients stopped themselves in atrioventricular node anterior commissure by themselves, and 18 patients were successfully ablated. Conclusion: Sotalol can prevent or inhibit catheter and electrical stimulation-induced atrial fibrillation in RFCA.
