本文以近年多项已竣工投产的各坯型连铸设备基础密闭室设计为例，结合新颁布的《钢铁企业冶金设备基础设计规范》GB 50696-2011实施，对规范相应部分条文具体理解应用提出问题讨论及其处理方式探讨，可供同类工程设计和施工参考。
