胰管X 线造影可经一般内窥镜检查法摄得,但不能提示胰腺实质和间质的改变。近来Yoshimoto 氏提出:用混有非离子表面活性剂——氢化聚乙烯篦麻油的造影剂注入狗的胰管,胰腺可较好地显影。本文介绍这种混合造影剂对狗胰腺显影结果及其副作用,兼论初步临床应用结果。材料和方法:用于狗试验的造影剂是由氢化聚乙烯篦麻油(以下简称PHCO——译者)和泛影葡胺或胆影葡胺混合而成,浓度分别为3%、5%和10%。用20只狗,以苯巴比妥钠麻醉后剖腹,经由十二指肠将细的聚乙烯导管插入主胰管。造影剂(常规造影剂——译者)和三种不同浓度的新造影剂在恒压下各分别注入五只狗的胰管。注入前测定血清淀粉酶,注入后
Pancreatic duct X-ray can be obtained by the general endoscopic examination, but can not prompt changes in the parenchyma and interstitium. Recently Yoshimoto’s proposed that the pancreatic duct of the dog be well developed by injecting into the dog’s pancreatic duct with a contrast agent mixed with nonionic surfactant-hydrogenated polyethylene castor oil. This article describes the results of this mixed contrast agent on the development of the dog pancreas and its side effects, as well as preliminary clinical application results. Materials and Methods: Contrast media used in dog trials consisted of a mixture of hydrogenated polyethylene castor oil (PHCO) and diatrizoate or diacetate at concentrations of 3%, 5% and 10%. Twenty dogs were anesthetized with phenobarbital and then laparotomy. Fine polyethylene catheters were inserted through the duodenum into the main pancreatic duct. Contrast media (conventional contrast media - translator) and three different concentrations of neo-contrast medium were injected under constant pressure in each of five dogs of the pancreatic duct. Serum amylase was measured before injection and after injection
