辽宁省重点输水工程TBM地下组装洞室长80m,由于个别桩号段地质条件非常差,实际开挖过程中,由于受组装间发育的多组陡倾角节理等地质不利结构面影响,部分岩台滑层掉块,无法成型。开挖条件越差,成型角度越小,且越难处理。针对未成型岩台的处理,目前在国内外均无统一处理方法,也无相应处理标准。因此,本文结合对TBM地下组装洞室岩壁吊车梁未成型岩台处理方法进行了研究,并采取了针对性的解决措施,取得了良好的效果。
Due to the very poor geological conditions of individual pile sections, during the actual excavation, due to the influence of geological unfavorable structures such as multiple sets of steep dip joints developed between assembly rooms, part of the rock Taiwan slide block, can not be formed. The worse the excavation conditions, the smaller the forming angle and the harder it is to handle. For processing unformed rock tables, there is no uniform treatment method at home and abroad, nor the corresponding treatment standards. Therefore, in this paper, unprocessed rock table of rock wall crane beam of TBM underground assembly cavern is studied, and some countermeasures are taken to obtain good results.
