急性周围性面瘫中,有20%为硬蜱传播的包柔氏螺旋体病。后者常有中枢神经系统受累。为研究此时脑干诱发反应测听(BSER)的变化,分别对一组包柔氏病及贝尔氏面瘫病人进行了BSER检查。结果,在包柔氏病面瘫发生后平均3.5周检查时,36%(5/14)人BSER显示异常。主要表现为波V的波幅异常、重复性不好及解释性不满意。贝尔氏面瘫发生后平均5周检查时,12%(6/52)患者BSER异常,主要表现为传导时间延长、耳间潜伏期异常。包柔氏病时BSER异常发生率明显高于贝尔氏面瘫。青霉素治疗包柔氏病有效。因
