在分析传统热氧老化方法缺陷的基础上,提出了一种模拟路面沥青自然老化的方法,即将经过短期老化后的沥青进行考虑水分因子的PAV老化,最后在紫外光照射下进行老化。试验对比了改进方法与传统方法的老化效果,并测试了不同使用年限的路面回收沥青与两种模拟老化后所得沥青的性能指标。研究结果表明,改进方法对沥青的老化程度较传统方法严重,改进方法比传统方法能更贴切地反映路面沥青在自然状况下的老化行为,且与路面老化具有较好的等效性和对应性。
On the basis of analyzing the defects of the traditional thermal oxygen aging method, a method of simulating the natural aging of pavement asphalt is proposed, that is, the asphalt after the short-term aging is aged under the influence of moisture factor and finally aged under ultraviolet light. The aging effects of the improved method and the traditional method are compared with those of the traditional method. The asphalt pavement recovered asphalt with different service life and two kinds of asphalt obtained after aging simulation are tested. The results show that the improved method is more serious than the traditional method for the aging of asphalt. The improved method can reflect the aging behavior of asphalt pavement more appropriately than the traditional method, and has the better equivalence and compatibility with the aging of pavement .
