对1~#(C3)、2~#(15MnTi)、3~#(12CrNiMoVCuB)、4~#(10CrNiCuSi)钢的一年、二年半的实海挂片试样锈层的形貌特征、腐蚀产物的相组成、分布、合金元素的富集、断口特征以及电化学行为等进行了分析和研究,探讨锈层的组织结构、合金元素的富集与耐蚀性能的关系。四种钢不同周期的锈层均由FeO.Fe_3O_4、α-FeOOH,β-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH组成。在紧靠基体的致密铁锈中,不同钢种的Fe_3O_4衍射线的强度和它的宽化程度是不一样的。3~#、4~#钢Fe_2O_4(311)线强度低,线型度宽,品化程度低,颗粒细化,锈层致密。而1~#、2~#钢则衍射强度高,线型敏锐,结晶完整,不致密。从断口上看3~#、4~#钢的锈层与基体结合得也紧密。在阳极极化曲线上也反映出3~#、4~#钢的阳极过程比1~#,2~#钢受到较大的阻滞。对3~#、4~#钢耐蚀性较好的原因,从Cu、Ni、Cr、Si、Mo等元素的富集方面,作了一些探讨和论述。

The 1 ~ #, 2 ~ # steel diffraction intensity is high, sharp lines, complete crystallization, not dense. From the fracture point of view 3 ~ # 4 ~ # rust layer of steel and the substrate is also closely integrated. In the anodic polarization curve also reflects the 3 ~ #, 4 ~ # anodic process steel than 1 ~ #, 2 ~ # steel by a larger block.
