介绍了轧机厚度控制系统的设计与实现,在LabVIEW平台下实现了基于TCP/IP协议的控制系统网络和控制器的建立。以某铝箔厂1 700 mm轧机为研究背景提取其数学模型,在一台PC上建立该轧机的动态仿真模型(仿真机),代替现场轧机来验证控制系统。实验表明,通过这种仿真机验证的轧机厚度控制系统,如果将输入输出端口接到现场轧机中就可以完成现场任务。
The design and realization of rolling mill thickness control system are introduced. The establishment of control system network and controller based on TCP / IP protocol is realized under the LabVIEW platform. Taking the 1 700 mm mill of an aluminum foil mill as the research background, the mathematical model was extracted and a dynamic simulation model (simulation machine) of the rolling mill was established on a PC to replace the field mill to verify the control system. Experiments show that through this simulation machine mill thickness control system validation, if the input and output ports connected to the field mill can be completed on-site tasks.
