本文介绍微生物法测定赖氨酸所用的一种经济培养基。其大部分氨基酸系由玉米胶蛋白水解物供给。补充的氨基酸为精氨酸、甘氨酸、色氨酸、胱氨酸和丝氨酸。 实验结果证明,用玉米胶蛋白作培养基,以测定食物中赖氨酸的含量时,可获得较稳定的结果和满意的收回率。用本培养基测定一般食物中赖氨酸的含量与用其他培养基测定的结果符合,故本培养基可以用于食物中赖氨酸的测定。
This article describes an economic medium for microbial lysine assay. Most of its amino acids are supplied from zein hydrolyzate. The amino acids supplemented are arginine, glycine, tryptophan, cystine and serine. The experimental results show that the use of corn gluten as a medium to determine the content of lysine in food, you can get more stable results and satisfactory recovery rate. Using this medium to determine the content of lysine in general foods in line with the results of other media, the medium can be used for the determination of lysine in foods.
