一、关于考核评定职称的基本依据。国务院先后批准颁发了工程、农业、会计、统计、经济、编辑、外语翻译、新闻记者、图书档案资料等九个专业技术职称《暂行规定》。另外,还有经国务院同意,由卫生部、教育部和中国科学院分别下发的卫生人员、高等学校和中等专业学校教师、科研人员三个职称条例。这样,现在已经有十二种职称《暂行规定》和条例。这些《暂行规定》和条例,对评定职称的目的、意义,考核评定的标准条件,评定组织的权限等问题,都作了原则的规定。这是我们进行业务技术职称评定工作的依据。国务院科技干部局和国家人事局对如何执行国务院颁
