近年来,虽然主轴回转误差运动在测试技术方面得到了日益广泛的重视,但是在基本概念、基本理论的研究方面仍然有着一些尚待探讨和统一的问题。本文仅就其中关于主轴的回转轴线、主轴的平均回转轴线、广义或狭义的主轴回转误差运动及一次谐波的研究中存在的问题,提出几点看法。本文从描述主轴回转误差运动的理论与工程中的测试技术的一致性出发,对回转轴线的“瞬心说”提出质疑,赞成以“绕平动定点转动说”来描述回转轴线,还进一步说明了对信号中一次谐波的认识和处理原则,是与回转轴线的定义相联系的.本文给出了以均值计算求最小二乘圆心和半径的条件和证明,并研究了在一般条件下的几种近似算法.
