株型是与水稻产量密切相关的重要农艺性状,开展水稻株型功能基因组研究具有重要的现实意义。随着水稻全基因组测序工作的完成,在水稻株型形成的分子机理研究方面取得了一系列重大研究进展。现简要回顾株型的研究历史,分别从株高、叶型、分蘖数目、分蘖角度和穗型方面简要概述在水稻株型形成的分子机理方面取得的研究成果,并简要介绍水稻株型功能基因在育种上的应用情况。
Plant type is an important agronomic trait closely related to rice yield, and it is of great practical significance to carry out functional plant research on rice plant type.
