BJ—130汽油箱是我厂主要获利产品,年产6万个左右,占全厂利润总额的50%以上。但自1988年九月以来,随着物价上涨,该产品生产所需主要原辅材料价格成倍上升,至使油箱成本显著增加,利润下降。而且,在我厂重点市场——北京市场,几家油箱生产厂与我厂展开激烈竞争。面对这种情况,如何在保证产品质量的前提下,降低油箱生产成本,提高经济效益,成为摆在我们面前的主要课题。为此,我们以降低产品成本为突破口,应用价值工程技术于BJ—130汽油箱,取得一定经济效益。
The BJ-130 fuel tank is the main profitable product of our factory, with an annual output of about 60,000, accounting for more than 50% of the total profit of the whole plant. However, since September 1988, with the rise in commodity prices, the prices of major raw and auxiliary materials required for production of the product have doubled, resulting in a significant increase in the cost of fuel tanks and a drop in profits. Moreover, in our factory’s key market, the Beijing market, several fuel tank manufacturing plants compete fiercely with our factory. Faced with this situation, how to reduce the production cost of fuel tanks and increase economic efficiency under the premise of ensuring product quality has become a major topic before us. To this end, we have taken the product cost reduction as a breakthrough, applied value engineering technology to the BJ-130 fuel tank, and achieved certain economic benefits.
