中国加入世界贸易组织,WTO规则对中国外资法提出了挑战,三部外资法的修改正是对这种挑战的回应。这种回应在很大程度上是及时且必要的,但也存在不足之处。同时,我国外资法体系中存在的大量的鼓励性措施,也应及时加强规范。 China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and the WTO rules pose challenges to China’s foreign investment law.
