我局的编制管理工作在市编委的大力主持下,从1984年开始探索实行由一级管理变为二级管理, 一级管理即由市纪委→卫生局直属各单位的模式变一级管理为市编委→卫生局二级管理→卫生局直属各单位的管理模式。几年来,二级管理工作不断完善,取得一定成效。现将有关情况介绍如下:
The preparation and management work of the Bureau was under the auspices of the municipal editorial board. Since 1984, it began to explore and implement the transition from primary management to secondary management. The first-level management was changed from the municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection to the model of the units directly under the Health Bureau. For the municipal editorial board → second-level management of the health bureau → directly under the health bureau’s management model.
