目的:研究及探讨高通量血透对血浆同型半胱氨酸和B型利尿肽的影响程度。方法选取2013年10月~2014年5月于血透中心进行治疗的60例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规血透组)30例和观察组(高通量血透组)30例,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后不同时间的血浆同型半胱氨酸、B型利尿肽及心脏结构相关指标进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸、B型利尿肽及心脏结构相关指标均无显著性差异,P均>0.05,而治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月观察组的上述评估指标水平均低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论高通量血透对血浆同型半胱氨酸和B型利尿肽的影响更为积极,对于患者心脏状态的改善也发挥着积极的临床作用。“,”Objective To study and investigate the influence degree of high-flux hemodialysis for the plasma homocysteine and B type natriuretic peptide.Methods 60 patients treated in Hemodialysis Center from October 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into control group(conventional hemodialysis group)30 cases and observation group(high-flux hemodialysis group)30 cases,then the plasma homocysteine,B type natriuretic peptide and cardiac structure related indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared. ResultsThe plasma homocysteine,B type natriuretic peptide and cardiac structure related indexes of two groups before the treatment all had no significant differences, allP>0.05,while those evaluation indexes of observation group at third,sixth and twelfth month after the treatment all lower than those of control group,allP<0.05,the differences were significant.Conclusion The influence of high-flux hemodialysis for the plasma homocysteine and B type natriuretic peptide are more active,and it plays active clinical role for the improvement of cardiac condition of patient.
