在稀硫酸介质及加热下,痕量NO~-_2对BrO~-_3氧化橙黄Ⅳ反应具有强烈催化作用;在0.10mol/LNaOH介质中,橙黄Ⅳ于-0.50V处产生一灵敏的示波极谐波。据此建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为0.027ng/mL和0.08~20ng/mLNO~-_2的催化反应—示波极谱分析新方法。
