没有爱就没有教育,多年班主任工作使我对此深有体会。只有对学生深沉的爱,才会有对学生认真负责的教育。小学生感情脆弱,对外界环境不适应时,就会失去心理平衡,特别是对那些心理或生理有缺陷的学生,更需要班主任及时去调整教育方式,因为他们心理上承受着比常人更重的压力,他们走着比常人更崎岖的路,他们缺少温暖,缺少关心和爱护。所以,要对他们多一份爱心,用无私的爱启迪他们,激励他们勇敢地走向辉煌的人生之路。
