目的调查黑龙江绥芬河口岸鼠、蜱、蚊和蠓的种类分布及种群构成。方法采用夹日法捕鼠,布旗小时法采集蜱,诱蚊灯和网捕法采集蚊、蠓等。结果 2008—2013年在黑龙江绥芬河口岸采获鼠、蜱、蚊和蠓等24 145只,经分类鉴定隶属于6科15属46种,其中鼠类3科8属10种;蜱类1科3属4种;蚊类1科3属14种;蠓1科1属18种。优势种群为黑线姬鼠(38.21%)、全钩硬蜱(42.69%)、刺扰伊蚊(60.11%)和兴安库蠓(87.38%)。不同生境、场所、月份的鼠、蜱、蚊、蠓的种群构成有所不同。结论这一研究结果为黑龙江绥芬河口岸鼠、蜱、蚊、蠓的种类分布、种群构成、与疾病关系和防控提供了参考依据。
Objective To investigate the species distribution and population composition of rats, ticks, mosquitoes and jackflies in Suifenhe Port, Heilongjiang Province. Methods Collecting ticks with the method of catching rats and cloth flags in the days of catching, mosquitoes and catfish collected by mosquito lamp and net catching method. Results A total of 24 145 mice, including mice, ticks, mosquitoes and jackflies, were collected from Suifenhe Port, Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2013. They were classified into 46 families, 15 genera and 46 species, including 10 families, 8 genera, 10 species and 1 family of ticks Belonging to 4 species; mosquitoes belonging to 3 genera and 14 species; 蠓 1 family and 1 genera and 18 species. The dominant populations were Apodemus agrarius (38.21%), Ixodes versicolor (42.69%), Aedes albopictus (60.11%) and Hing’ancuo (87.38%). Different habitats, places, months of rats, ticks, mosquitoes, clams population composition vary. Conclusion The results of this study provide a reference for species distribution, population composition, disease-related relationship and control of rats, ticks, mosquitoes and slugs in Suifenhe Port, Heilongjiang Province.
