1982年对山东省牟平、荣成、平原、泰安和萊蕪等县农田土壤及小麦中六六六和DDT的污染状况进行了调查研究。六六六在小麦和0~70厘米土壤中残留量总平均分别为0.1452和0.1423ppm; DDT分别为0.0173和0.2148ppm。不同地区农田土壤和小麦中六六六和DDT的各異构体的残留比率不同,各異构体随土层加深而残留量减少,但甲体、丙体和丁体六六六随土层加深其残留比率却有所增加,乙体則减少;DDT各代谢異构体在不同土层中的残留比率变化较小。与1980年相比较、六六六和DDT在小麦相农田土壤中的残留量大为减少。
In 1982, the pollution status of HCH and DDT in farmland soil and wheat in Muping, Rongcheng, Pingyuan, Tai’an and Laiwu counties of Shandong Province was investigated. The total residues of 666 in wheat and 0-70 cm soil were 0.1452 and 0.1423 ppm, respectively; DDT was 0.0173 and 0.2148 ppm, respectively. The residual ratios of the isomers of HCH and DDT in farmland soils and wheat in different areas were different. The isomers decreased with the depth of the soil layer, but the residues of HCHs, Decreasing the residual ratio increased, while that of B decreased. The residual ratio of DDT metabolic isoforms in different soil layers changed little. Compared with 1980, the residues of BHC and DDT in the wheat-field soil were greatly reduced.
