以提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度为试验因素,采用正交试验方法,确定止泻木子活性物质醇提取的最佳工艺,并对提取物进行抑菌作用的研究。结果表明,止泻木子活性物质醇提取的最佳工艺为提取温度60℃,提取时间2h,乙醇浓度70%;止泻木子醇提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、细菌1299和单增李斯特杆菌等具有明显的抑制作用,它们最低抑菌浓度分别为100mg/mL、100mg/mL、100mg/mL、75mg/mL和75mg/mL。
