Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle management in the treatment and nursing of hand trauma patients. Methods 141 cases of hand trauma hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group (70 cases) and observation group (71 cases). The observation group applied PDCA cycle management mode, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare the two groups of efficacy and nursing satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in the total activities of finger joints between the two groups before rehabilitation (P> 0.05). After 3 months of rehabilitation, the daily living ability and joint degree of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the nursing group was 98.59%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.71%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of PDCA circulation management model in patients with hand trauma can effectively improve the degree of joint function and daily life of fingers. The method has obvious effect and is greatly welcomed by clinicians.
