本文报道了吞水音图诊断贲门癌108例。用43例正常人的吞水音图做对照组。使用仪器为多道生理记录仪。所有病人在描记音图前或后均做纤维胃镜检查。本组病人诊断的正确率为96.3%(104/108),2例可疑阳性,2例阴性,对照组中假阳性为2.33%,其诊断正确率与音图描记仪近似。在本组吞水音图里,PEP、最大E_t、平均E_t、E_s、波形、S_c、E_A等参数的统计结果与文献报道一致,但E—E、E_n则不一致,作者认为其原因是由于贲门癌的病期不同。
This article reported 108 cases of cardiac cancer diagnosed by swallowing audiogram. The control group was used as a control group for 43 normal people. The instrument is a multichannel physiological recorder. All patients underwent fiberoptic gastroscopy before or after the radiograph. The correct rate of diagnosis in this group of patients was 96.3% (104/108), 2 cases were suspiciously positive, 2 cases were negative, and the false positive rate in the control group was 2.33%. The diagnostic accuracy was similar to that of a tonegram. In this group of swallowed tones, the statistical results of parameters such as PEP, maximum E_t, mean E_t, E_s, waveform, S_c, E_A are consistent with those reported in the literature, but E-E and E_n are inconsistent.
