研究发现,教师对学习权的期望与实践存在较大差距;男性教师、新入职教师、普通专任教师、市区教师、合格学历教师的实践状况相对不足;不同教师在具体专业学习事务中存在诸多不合理的差异。这些差异已经影响到教师学习权的普及性、均衡性与公平性,应采取针对措施解决教师学习权的不合理差距问题,以保障每位教师应有的专业学习权。
The study found that there is a big gap between teachers’ expectation and practice of learning rights. The practice status of male teachers, newly recruited teachers, regular full-time teachers, urban teachers and qualified academic qualifications is relatively inadequate. Different teachers have a lot of problems in specific professional learning Irrational differences. These differences have affected the universality, balance and fairness of teachers ’learning rights, and should take measures to solve the unreasonable gap between teachers’ learning rights in order to protect the professional learning rights that each teacher should have.
