目的:研究妊娠高血压患者疾病监测与预防措施。方法:本文的研究对象选择为我院在2014年2月到2015年2月收治的妊娠高血压患者50例,将其归为研究组,然后选择正常的妊娠患者作为对照组,选择全自动的生化分析仪分析患者的血肌酐、尿蛋白的阳性率以及血清胱抑素情况,然后再使用超声来检测患者的心脏功能,对比两组患者的检测情况。结果:研究组患者血肌酐与对照组患者相比差异不大,但其尿蛋白的阳性率以及血清胱抑素明显比对照组高,研究组患者左心室舒张功能有明显的下降,两组对比较为显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在对妊娠高血压患者疾病进行监测时可以将血清胱抑素作为检测和预防的指标,为保障妊娠患者及新生儿生命健康提供参考依据,而超声监测有利于降低患者心力衰竭的发生率,改善患者的预后,保障患者的生命健康安全。
Objective: To study the disease monitoring and prevention measures in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods: Fifty patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into the study group, then the normal pregnant patients were selected as the control group, Biochemical analyzer analysis of patients with serum creatinine, urine protein positive rate and serum cystatin, and then use the ultrasound to detect the patient’s heart function, compared the two groups of patients detected. Results: Serum creatinine in study group was not significantly different from that in control group, but the positive rate of urinary protein and serum cystatin were significantly higher than those in control group. The left ventricular diastolic function in study group decreased significantly, More significant, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Serum cystatin can be used as an indicator of detection and prevention in the monitoring of disease in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, so as to provide a reference for guaranteeing the life and health of pregnant patients and neonates. Ultrasound monitoring is helpful to reduce the incidence of heart failure in patients , Improve the prognosis of patients, protect the health and safety of patients.
