南京国民政府成立初期,为控制全国经济命脉,巩固其统治,采取了一些经济措施,控制金融是其主要措施之一,核心是建立以“四行二局”为中心的金融体系。 一、“四行二局”的建立和发展 所谓“四行”是中央银行、中国银行、交通银行、中国农民银行。“二局”是中央信托局和邮政储金汇业局。 (一)中央银行的建立及其发展 1924年8月,孙中山领导的广东革命政府在广州成立中央银行。北伐期间,北伐军攻克湘鄂后,在汉口设立中央银行分行,为北伐战争筹集资金起过重要作用。
In the early days of its formation, the Nanjing National Government took some economic measures to control the lifeline of the country’s economy and consolidate its dominance. During the Northern Expedition, the Northern Expedition Army captured Hunan and Hubei Province and set up a central bank branch in Hankou to play an important role in raising funds for the Northern Expedition.
