Kunming mice of 4 ~ 6 weeks old were randomly divided into the control group before exercise, the control group immediately after exercise, the immediately after exercise group, the 2 h after exercise group and the 2 h after exercise group. Three groups of control group did not exercise, exercise immediately after exercise group and 2 h after exercise group for one time hydrostatic weight-bearing swimming, the duration of 120 min. The blood, liver, skeletal muscle and brain ketone bodies, liver and skeletal muscle glycogen, as well as blood glucose, brain sugar, serum free fatty acid (FFA) and other indicators were measured. The results showed that the one-time prolonged swimming caused the mice to have a significant decrease in the body weight of glycogen stores, the serum FFA was significantly increased, and the content of ketone bodies increased accordingly. Tip: Sports Ketone metabolism and the body’s sugar reserves and fat decomposition status.
