本文采用组织学方法，结合能谱分析，观察了大鼠牙本质局部应用氟钼酸铵后，该制剂对牙髓的作用。结果表明：ｌ用１０％氟钼酸铵涂擦牙本质表面，不引起牙髓炎症及坏死，不影响修复性牙本质的形成。２氟钼酸铵对牙本质小管的渗透深度约为１０～５０μｍ，其作用可能仅在表层。由此认为，在牙本质上涂氟钼酸铵用以防龋、脱敏或促进再矿化时，相应的牙髓是安全的。此外，本研究对牙髓实验病理学研究方法的建立，有一定参考价值。 In this paper, the use of histological methods, combined with energy spectrum analysis to observe the rat dentine topical application of ammonium molybdate after the preparation of the role of pulp. The results showed that: l 10% ammonium fluoromolybdate smear dentin surface, does not cause pulp inflammation and necrosis, does not affect the formation of reparative dentin. 2 ammonium fluoromolybdate into the dentinal tubules depth of about 10 ~ 50μm, its role may only in the surface layer. Therefore, it is considered that the corresponding dental pulp is safe when dentin is coated with ammonium fluoromolybdate to prevent caries, desensitize or promote remineralization. In addition, this study for the establishment of experimental methods of pulp pathology, have some reference value.
