目的:研究胃癌组织中CyclinE蛋白的表达及其与胃癌临床生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测胃癌组织和正常胃粘膜中cyclinE蛋白的表达。结果:CyclinE蛋白阳性表达率在胃癌中(59)显著高于正常胃粘膜(0)(P<0.01);CyclinE蛋白表达与胃癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、大小及大体分型均无关(P>0.05)。与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、PTNM分期及术后5年生存率相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:CyclinE蛋白的异常表达参与了胃癌的发生、发展。检测cyclinE蛋白表达,对胃癌侵袭和转移的早期诊断、预后评估及治疗靶向的发展具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CyclinE protein in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with the clinical biological behavior of gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of cyclinE in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results: The positive rate of CyclinE protein in gastric cancer (59) was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (0) (P <0.01). The expression of CyclinE protein had no correlation with the gender, age, tumor location, size, P> 0.05). It was correlated with the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, PTNM stage and postoperative 5-year survival rate (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of CyclinE protein is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Detection of cyclinE protein expression, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer early diagnosis, prognosis assessment and the development of therapeutic targets is of great significance.
