行政事业单位是非盈利性质的,是国家机构的一部分,履行着部分的国家政府职能。在财政部于2012年11月出台《行政事业单位内部控制规范(试行)》之后,怎么样去提升行政事业单位的整体的工作质量,提高行政事业单位日常的工作效率就是现阶段行政事业单位需要注意和关注的。在对相关情况进行调研后,我们对于新的规范制度下的行政事业单位内部控制进行探究,并给予行政事业单位存在的一些隐患并提出如何对行政事业单位内部控制的建议。
Administrative units are non-profit nature, part of state agencies and perform part of the state government functions. After the Ministry of Finance issued “Regulations on Internal Control of Administrative Units” (Trial Implementation) in November 2012, how to improve the overall quality of work of administrative units and how to improve the daily work efficiency of administrative units are the requirements of administrative units at this stage Attention and concern. After investigating the relevant circumstances, we explore the internal control of the administrative institutions under the new standardized system and give some hidden dangers to the administrative institutions and put forward suggestions on how to control the internal control of the administrative institutions.
