教师在日常教学和一日活动中进行个案记录,可以通过跟踪记录、片段记录、突发事件等实录观察。运用白描的记录手法关注整体、个别幼儿的社会行为的发展。作为观察者我可以了解儿童当前达到了什么发展阶段,我可以将他们的进步与这一年龄段群体应当达到的水平范围作比较,从而设计能引导他们继续向前发展的各种活动。因为要监测儿童的发展进程,最恰当的方法就是进行个案记录和观察分析。
