企业绩效评价指标体系的设置是科学地进行企业绩效评价的保障。以企业的核心竞争能力为基础,完善和发展了一套财务指标和非财务指标、定量指标和定性指标相结合的绩效评价指标体系,并且以我国家电行业上市公司的数据为样本运用了主成分分析法进行绩效评价分析,综合的评价我国家电行业上市公司的绩效情况,重视对企业长期竞争能力的评价,能够更全面真实的反映企业的综合绩效状况,并且具有实务或操作层面的意义。
The establishment of enterprise performance evaluation index system is a scientific guarantee of enterprise performance evaluation.
