本文作者通过薄层扫描和薄层层析方法,对黄柏、白芷、丹参流通蒸汽灭菌前后主要成分变化进行了考察。结果表阴黄柏主要成分无显著变化;白芷、丹参主要成分变化差异显著。
The authors investigated the changes of major components before and after steam sterilization of Phellodendron amurense, Angelica dahurica, and Salvia miltiorrhiza by thin-layer chromatography and thin-layer chromatography. Results There were no significant changes in the main components of Phellodendron pubescens; the main components of Angelica dahurica and Salvia miltiorrhiza were significantly different.
