The application of two-dimensional echocardiography in acute myocardial infarction is a new and important non-invasive method of examination. After ventricular wall blood perfusion is reduced or stopped, it can be early detection of segmental wall motion abnormalities, which can be used to identify patients with chest pain syndrome, the chest pain due to ischemia or other non-ischemic causes. In the very early stages of acute myocardial infarction, the ECG can show normal or no specific changes; initially recorded negative ECG, only 77% can be expected except for acute myocardial infarction.
