707肾宝降糖口服液是一种新型保健食品,由多种中药综合研制而成,具有改善人体免疫功能的作用。为准确的评价其对人体的安全性,为其开发利用提供可靠的毒理学依据,根据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》,我们对707肾宝降糖口服液进行第一、二阶段的毒性试验工作,对其急性毒性、遗传毒性和30天喂养试验进行了研究。材料与方法1．样品:707肾宝降糖口服液由杭州之江药厂提供,为棕黄色液体。成人每日服含为0.67ml原液的应用液,相当于0.011mi/kg/日(按成人60kg体重汁算)的摄入量。
