为了配合高压透平压缩机的试车,我们试制了轴向位移仪表,透平机的轴向位移情况可由二次表直接显示出来。为透平机试车轴位移的观测提供了条件。一、原理在特制铁芯上绕L_1、L_2、L_3、三个绕组,在L_1上接交流22V电压,在透平机轴端安上特制轴肩,伸入铁芯空间。当轴位于中心时,由L_1所感应磁通通过轴肩、空气隙,感应至L_2、L_3,因L_2与L_3匝数相等,因而感应电压相等,即UL_2=UL_3。二电压分别加至两个桥式整流装置,输出直流相比较后作为输出,并从电位器上取出一部分至二次表显示
In order to meet the high-pressure turbine compressor test, we trial-produced axial displacement meter, turbine axial displacement can be directly displayed by the secondary table. Turbine test shaft displacement for the observation provided the conditions. First, the principle of the special core around L_1, L_2, L_3, three windings, connected to the exchange of 22V voltage L_1, in the turbine shaft end mounted special shoulder, extending into the core space. When the shaft is in the center, the induced magnetic flux from L_1 passes through the shoulder and air gap and induces to L_2 and L_3. Because L_2 and L_3 have equal turns, the induced voltages are equal, namely UL_2 = UL_3. Two voltage were added to the two bridge rectifier, the output of the DC phase after the comparison as an output, and removed from the potentiometer part of the secondary table shows
