大麻籽油和甲醇经NaOH/PAM催化合成生物柴油,本实验在醇油比固定的情况下考察了催化剂的碱含量、催化剂用量对酯交换转化率的影响、碱量及反应时间分别对转化率和皂化百分数的影响,采用红外光谱技术对催化剂进行分析,确定了较适宜的反应条件。结果表明:实际碱量随NaOH添加量的增加而增加;催化剂用量增加,原料油转化率增加;反应时间的增加,原料油转化率曲线增加到一定水平后趋于平缓;较适宜的反应条件为PN-4催化剂用量3%,反应时间为60 min。
Hempseed oil and methanol catalyzed by NaOH / PAM were used to synthesize biodiesel. In this experiment, the effect of the amount of catalyst on the transesterification conversion, the amount of alkali and the reaction time on the conversion rate And saponification percentage, using infrared spectroscopy analysis of the catalyst to determine the more appropriate reaction conditions. The results showed that the actual amount of alkali increased with the addition of NaOH; the amount of catalyst increased, the conversion of feedstock increased; reaction time increased, the conversion rate of feedstock increased to a certain level and then leveled off; the more suitable reaction conditions were PN-4 catalyst dosage 3%, the reaction time was 60 min.
