琳达·哈琴的后现代主义诗学以诸多后现代主义文学与艺术的实例分析出发,对后现代主义及其文学艺术理论作了深入分析。哈琴在构建其后现代主义诗学理论框架的过程中,始终将“历史”这一维度作为其建构过程的立足点。她抓住现代主义与后现代主义在对待历史的态度这一点,从对詹明信等人对后现代主义的误读入手,指出后现代主义在对待历史与传统上的“悖谬”态度。文章概括了哈琴后现代主义诗学中所涉及的历史话语,从而有助于更深入地把握后现代主义文化的特征和内涵。
Based on the analysis of many postmodern literary and artistic examples, Linda Harqin’s postmodernist poetics analyzes postmodernism and his literary and art theories in depth. In the process of constructing the theoretical framework of his postmodernist poetics, harqin always regards the “history” as the starting point of its construction process. Starting from the misunderstanding of postmodernism by Jimmy Cheung and others, she points out the attitude of postmodernism to the history and the tradition of “absurd” attitude, taking the attitude of modernism and postmodernism toward history. The article summarizes the historical discourses involved in the postmodernist poetics of Harqin and helps to grasp the characteristics and connotation of the postmodernist culture in depth.
