介绍了西江引水工程中穿越大型立交采用的盾构及内衬钢管技术。鉴于所穿越立交的地理、地质条件和实施环境,选用了盾构法构筑隧道,并创造性地采用了内衬钢管的衬砌方案。钢管承受内部水压,盾构管片承受外压,加强了管道的安全可靠性。同时,对施工过程中的地面沉降控制,内衬钢管的对接、安装,自密实混凝土的浇筑等进行了论述,供同类工程参考。
The shield and liner steel pipe technology used in crossing large-scale interchange in Xijiang River diversion project is introduced. In view of the geographical, geological conditions and the implementation environment of the crossing overpass, the shield tunneling method was used to construct the tunnel and a creative lining scheme of the lining steel pipe was adopted. Steel pipe to withstand the internal water pressure, shield pipe to withstand external pressure, and strengthen the safety and reliability of the pipeline. At the same time, the ground subsidence control during the construction process, the lined steel pipe docking, installation, pouring of self-compacting concrete were discussed for reference for similar projects.
