目的分析瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应并提出应对措施,为合理用药提供参考。方法检索2002—2009年国内外医学期刊中瑞舒伐他汀不良反应的报道,进行归纳、分析。结果瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应有:横纹肌溶解症、肝毒性、肾毒性、咽炎、头痛、流感样症状及其他。结论瑞舒伐他汀的不良反应,应引起临床高度重视。可从把握剂量、做各项检查(如检测肌酸激酶水平、检查肝功能)、牢记禁忌症等方面减少不良反应的产生。 Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of rosuvastatin and to put forward countermeasures to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods The data of adverse reactions of rosuvastatin in medical journals from 2002 to 2009 were retrieved and analyzed. Results Rosuvastatin adverse reactions are: rhabdomyolysis, hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, pharyngitis, headache, flu-like symptoms and others. Conclusions The adverse reactions of rosuvastatin should cause great attention in clinic. From the grasp of the dose, do the tests (such as the detection of creatine kinase levels, check liver function), keep in mind contraindications and other aspects to reduce adverse reactions.
