本文在分析了脑胶质瘤的生物学特点、并回顾临床难治性的基础上,指出当前研究某些与脑胶质瘤的增殖活性和侵袭能力相关的基因改变、蛋白表达,从而科学的推测其增殖和侵袭活动的具体过程,是我们攻克脑胶质瘤的基础和关键。在众多与肿瘤相关的蛋白和基因中,本文选择了主要反映脑胶质瘤增殖活性的Ki-67和与肿瘤侵袭行为相关的MMP-2进行综述。本文在时间上回顾了从其发现并逐渐被认识,再到其生物学作用被广泛认可,进而在其他基础研究甚至是临床工作中被应用的进程。并横向的归纳和阐述了Ki-67和MMP-2在胶质瘤研究中所涉及的主要方向。
Based on the analysis of the biological characteristics of glioma and reviewing the clinical refractory, this paper points out that the current research on some of the genetic changes and protein expression related to the proliferation activity and invasion ability of glioma, thus scientifically Speculate its proliferation and invasion activity of the specific process, we overcome the basis of glioma and the key. The main directions of Ki-67 and MMP-2 in glioma research are summarized and explained laterally.
