图书馆开展知识服务是满足用户知识需求的深层次服务活动,以用户为中心、以满足用户需求为目标是知识服务的特点和根本原则,要使这项服务得到用户认可并被用户所接受,必须对用户文献信息需求的动机、目的、习惯等进行分析研究,寻找图书馆开展知识服务的契机。结合实际工作情况,针对用户文献信息需求潜在的几个问题,进行深入研究,探讨图书馆开展深层次知识服务的途径和方法。
Library service is to carry out knowledge services to meet the needs of users of deep-level service activities to the user as the center to meet the needs of users as the goal of knowledge services is the characteristics and the fundamental principles of this service to be recognized by the user and accepted by the user, The motivation, purpose and habit of user’s literature and information needs to be analyzed and researched, so as to find an opportunity for library to carry out knowledge service. Combined with the actual work situation, aiming at the potential problems of the user’s information needs, this paper conducts an in-depth research to explore ways and means of the library to carry out deep knowledge services.
