目的 观察二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA)、二十碳五烯酸 (EPA)对高碘仔鼠甲状腺及脑代谢生化指标的影响。方法 将动物随机分为 3组 :适碘组 ,高碘组 ,高碘 +DHAEPA组 (简称DHA组 ) ,饲养 3个月后各组亲代小鼠雌雄交配 ,测定各组 30日龄仔鼠脑组织相关的生化指标。结果 高碘组30日龄仔鼠脑重、脑蛋白质、DNA含量显著低于适碘组、DHA组 ;高碘组 30日龄仔鼠与适碘组、DHA组相比脑海马组织ACHE活性上升、ACH含量下降。以上各项指标 ,DHA组与适碘组相比均无统计学差异。结论 DHA、EPA能抑制高碘引发的甲状腺肿大 ,可通过促进脑组织DNA、蛋白质及乙酰胆碱的合成而拮抗高碘所致的脑损伤
Objective To observe the effects of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) on thyroid and brain biochemical parameters in high iodine offspring mice. Methods The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups: appropriate iodine group, high iodine group, high iodine + DHAEPA group (referred to as DHA group), 3 months after feeding, Organization-related biochemical indicators. Results The brain weight, brain protein and DNA content of the 30-day-old pups in the high iodine group were significantly lower than those in the iodine group and the DHA group. Compared with the DHA group, the 30-day-old pups in the iodine group had higher ACHE activity , ACH content decreased. The above indicators, DHA group and iodine-free group were no significant difference. Conclusion DHA and EPA can inhibit the high iodine-induced goiter and can antagonize the high iodine-induced brain injury by promoting the synthesis of brain DNA, protein and acetylcholine
