目的查明一起食物中毒事件发生的原因。方法根据国家有关标准,对采集的肛拭子标本6份进行沙门菌、志贺菌、变形杆菌、副溶血弧菌、霍乱弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌检测。结果在6份标本中确认3份检出肠炎沙门菌。根据病人临床表现,结合流行病学调查和实验室检测结果,判定本起食物中毒由肠炎沙门菌引起。结论调查食物中毒事件发生原因时,快速识别事件的发生和标本的早期采集是关键。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning incidents. Methods According to the relevant national standards, six samples of the collected swab samples were tested for Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus. Results In 3 of 6 samples, Salmonella enteritidis was detected. According to the patient’s clinical manifestations, combined with epidemiological investigations and laboratory test results, determine the food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis. Conclusions When investigating the causes of food poisoning, the occurrence of rapid identification events and the early collection of specimens are crucial.
